Who we Serve

At Project Positive Change (Project PC), we are dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, including firefighters and police, and their families. Our programs and services are designed to provide holistic healing, personal growth, and community connection, recognizing the unique challenges faced by those who serve and protect our communities.

Who We Support

Veterans & First Responders

We focus on supporting veterans, active-duty military personnel, firefighters, police officers, and other first responders. These individuals often face significant challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the struggles of reintegration into civilian life. Through our specialized healing modalities—such as sound therapy, guided meditation, and community support—we provide safe spaces for relaxation, healing, and connection.

Families of Veterans & First Responders

Healing extends beyond the individual, and we recognize the vital role that families play in supporting their loved ones. We offer programs designed to help family members navigate the emotional and physical toll that comes with being a caregiver or support system for veterans and first responders.

Open Community Events

While our primary focus is on veterans, first responders, and their families, we also offer several open events that welcome the broader community. These include:

  • Sound Baths – A deeply immersive sound healing experience designed to promote relaxation and emotional balance.

  • Cacao and Sound Ceremonies – A heart-opening experience combining the ancient tradition of cacao with sound healing.

  • Drum Circles – A communal gathering that encourages connection and healing through rhythm and movement.

How We Make a Difference

  • Holistic Healing Approaches: We integrate sound therapy, meditation, movement, and plant medicine to create meaningful healing experiences.

  • Community Connection: Through events, retreats, and workshops, we foster a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

  • Personalized Support: We recognize that healing is not one-size-fits-all and offer individualized guidance and resources to meet each person’s unique needs.

  • Education & Advocacy: We provide knowledge, tools, and advocacy to help individuals make informed choices about their well-being and healing journey.
