Healing Modalities & Programs
What is sound therapy, and how does it work?
Sound therapy uses vibrational frequencies to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional balance. We incorporate Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drumming, and voice-based healing techniques to facilitate deep relaxation and trauma release.
What is dirt therapy?
Dirt therapy is our nature-based healing approach, reconnecting individuals with the earth through gardening, planting, and working with soil. Research shows that engaging with nature can reduce stress, boost mood, and foster a sense of purpose.
At Project PC, we guide participants in permaculture and organic gardening. Many of our gatherings include harvesting and sharing meals made from the fresh, nourishing foods we’ve grown together.
How do community activities support healing?
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. We create opportunities for connection and support through:
Shared meals
Support circles
Sound baths
Wellness workshops
Peer support programs
These activities help reduce loneliness, foster connection, and create a sense of belonging.
What role does art and music play in healing?
Creative expression is a powerful tool for processing emotions and trauma. Our programs offer:
Guided art therapy sessions
Community drumming circles
Musical healing experiences
We are expanding our offerings to include online sessions, allowing more individuals to access these healing practices.
Do you offer structured retreats?
Yes! Our Healing Retreats provide immersive, multi-day experiences that include:
Sound therapy
Nature walks
Meditation
Group discussions
Holistic healing practices
We are also partnering with other organizations to offer a wider range of holistic healing activities.
